Affordable Tuition and Financing Options
ICASI is proud to be one of the most
affordable culinary schools in the country. Our unique programs
keep costs under control by allowing our students to work
independently without jeopardizing the quality
of their education. The cost of the Culinary or Pastry Arts
Basic Techniques Certificate is $7,175.00. The
Advanced Techniques Diploma costs $20,975. These figures
include tuition, textbooks, basic required
supplies and fees. These costs do not include food required
for cooked homework assignments. Tuition is
billed prior to the start of each quarter. Loans are available
through SLM
Financial Corporation.
The ICASI Campus
The ICASI campus is located in lovely
Geauga County, just minutes from Cleveland's eastern suburbs. Our beautiful new facility includes:
- Three modern teaching kitchens
- Central lecture hall and dining room
- Restaurant turn-out and commissary kitchens

Admissions
Admission to ICASI is open to all high
school graduates and GED holders. Prospective students are
required to submit an application and pass an entrance examination
that tests basic reading and
mathematics skills. Students need not have any prior culinary
experience.
Applications may be submitted via fax
or mail. There is no cost to apply. Applicants will be notified
within two weeks to set up an admissions interview and entrance
examination.
