Admissions, Affordable Tuition and Financing Options
ICASI is proud to be one of the most affordable culinary schools in the country. Our unique programs keep costs under control by allowing our students to work independently without jeopardizing the quality of their education. Tuition is payable by the quarter and billed prior to the start of each quarter.
Admission to ICASI is open to all high school graduates and GED holders of 18 yrs or older. Prospective students are required to submit an application and pass an entrance examination that tests basic reading and mathematics skills. Students need not have any prior culinary experience.
Applications may be submitted in person or via fax or mail. There is no cost to apply. Applicants will be notified within two weeks to set up an admissions interview and entrance examination.
Applicants are required to submit the following along with the completed application
- Personal Essay
- 2 letters of recommendation
- Official copy of High School or College Transcript
- Entrance Exam
