Are you seeking an intimate, welcoming dining experience, similar to the ease of sharing a meal in a friend's home? Sapore, Loretta Paganini's new restaurant, offers that tranquil dining experience with just 35 seats, a fireplace, hardwood floors and soothing color tones.

Sapore, open Friday and Saturday evenings, offers a prix fixe-style menu, where guests pay a set price ($55) for a four-course meal. Two choices are available for each course.

Sapore's chef, Matthew Anderson, promotes fresh, local and seasonal ingredients through his inspired fare. Chef Matthew transforms the menu frequently to highlight the season's finest offerings, and pairs his delightful dishes with a selection of award winning wines, a perfect enhancement for your pleasurable evening. You may also bring and enjoy your own special bottle of wine, with a minimal $10 corking fee.
