Halli is 2022 graduate of the ICASI pastry diploma program and a profesional instructor for the professional and recreational program here at the school. She is the former pastry chef for the restaurant of New York State Chattaqua Resort and a Private caterer. Today at ICASI cafe' she will bring her passion for cooking as she prepares for our guests a delicious lunch.
