Chocolate Artist and owner of Sweet Bean Candies in Cleveland. Her focus on handmade filled chocolate and bean to bar has made her a popular instructor with both ICASI and recreational students. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kent State University and a Chocolatier Certificate from Ecole Chocolate School.
